The Product Manager UWB IOT  will be responsible to develop and grow the product roadmap required to be successful in the UWB IOT market. He/She is accountable for the product definition process and is driving the lifecycle management and technical design in. He/She will manage the partnership with ecosystem player to have an offering covering the complete value chain. The Product Manager UWB IOT will form the interdisciplinary link between all areas relevant to bring these topics to the market, such as Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Engineering.

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible to create a roadmap for complete UWB Solutions offerings in IOT beyond classic chip, FW and SW.
• Accountable for the product marketing activities related to the product: Business case, value proposition, positioning and promotion
• Accountable for the product life cycle, from requirements definition to end of life
• Build know-how on the UWB applications and derive the relevant solution roadmap
• Input and alignment with BDMs in the regions regarding Design-Win projects; support major projects together with the regions
• Competition analysis: build benchmark messaging and adjust strategy based on Competition positioning

Your Profile:

• BS or MS Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics (University or University of applied sciences) / Business management or Marketing MBA
• Experience in the UWB environment and /or Radar RF technology with respect to value chains, requirements, trends
• Strong experience in working in complex ecosystems in Consumer Electronics and Industrial.
• Know-how on embedded microcontroller solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Takes personal ownership for company’s success

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract.
