Title : Senior RF/Mixed signal Test Engineer

Location : Caen

Purpose of the mission:

The Senior RF/Mixed signal Test Engineer will develop the local competence center in

advance RF/Mixed-signal test engineering, industrialization and test production. Implement our

customers’ test projects by developing test solution from engineering to production. You will also

support our sales organization technical discussions with customer.

Your primary responsibility is to:

✓ Develop, maintain and improve electrical testing for engineering characterization and pre-
production test validation based on customers’ test specifications.

✓ Assume complete engineering ownership of digital, RF and mixed signal test systems by
maintaining the test results correlation with customers’ golden setups.

✓ Work with customer’s product engineering staff on test strategies, demonstrate strong
technical advisement capability and analyzing skills in order to optimize the final test and

wafer probe requirements while maintaining product integrity to specifications.

✓ Support the generation of optimal load board and probe card solutions including
schematic capture and layout review.

Requirements :

MS or PhD in microelectronic or electronic engineering Experience (5 to 10 years) in developing test solutions RF and/or Mixed-signal components on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), ideally Advantest V93k or Teradyne

µFlex & UFlex.

C, C++, Visual Basic demonstrated hands-on programming experience Hands-on experience with operation and programming of measurement equipment. An automotive &/or avionic would be highly appreciated. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g. Galaxy Yield Management software) Excellent mastering of both spoken and written English.
