1. POSITION


Digital Product Owner in charge of Mobilize FS customers Spaces and Public Portals in the Digital hub, reporting to the Global Digital Business Lead, working closely for the Global Digital Tech Lead and related MFS teams in HQ and subsidiaries

2. ABOUT MOBILIZE FINANCIAL SERVICES


Founded in 1924, RCI Bank and Services is the financial services provider for Renault Group brands (Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Renault Samsung Motors and Lada) and for the Nissan Group brands (Nissan, Datsun and Infiniti and Mitsubishi Motors). We offer finance and services (insurance, payment, savings, maintenance, operational leasing, mobility services etc..) addressing all their customers, individuals and businesses, buying new and used cars and commercial vehicles. We cover 36 countries and contribute to the growth of the Alliance brands. In 2020 we financed the purchase of nearly 1.5 million vehicles. The services offered by RCI are retailed by the manufacturers’ dealer networks and also distributed online through the brands’ websites. Our purpose is to serve as a strategic lever for the Renault Nissan Alliance brands. We partner with them in their sales policies to win over new customers and earn lasting loyalty.
As the Automotive (shift from ownership to usage with increasing flexibility, electrification of vehicles, new entrants, autonomous vehicles) and banking markets face increasing competition (Fintech disruption), RCI Bank and Services is determined to become the most innovative captive by 2024.

3. ABOUT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, DIGITAL HUB


Digital transformation plays a key role in the company’s strategy by aiming at becoming a benchmark regarding the way we deliver products & services to our customers and being a model on the way we transform the business. Its lead by the DTG – Direction de la Transformation Group
In the Digital hub we have the following ambitions (from 2022 to 2024):

Become the best-in-class customer journey and CX, enabling new business models to increase customer growth and engagement
Support business growth in subsidiaries thanks to a multichannel CS approach
Ensure a common digital platforms and components, reusable and replicable within company’s subsidiaries
Ensure coherent digital assets ecosystem
Digital transformation shifting to brand / model agnostic

Digital hub is organized in squads, led by Product Owners, dedicated to products or customer journeys (Discovery, E-Commerce, Omnichannel, Customer spaces) with centers of expertise: UX/UI, data & performance measurement. It’s composed of business working together with tech skills (testers, developers), to deliver the global Digital roadmap of MFS.

4. ABOUT CUSTOMER SPACES / PUBLIC PORTALS STRATEGY AND ROADMAP


 Target customer attraction and loyalty via dedicated digital solutions are the upcoming priorities aligned with a global strategy of the company in the coming years.


CS/PP ambition: increase our customers’ loyalty and promote rebranding and new business multichannel approach of Mobilize Financial Services
