Our values: empathy, respect and trust.CompanySemi-conductor, international company with RF and IOT portfolio with a challenging & diverse environment.In order to work on product development and ensure a good prioritization and communication of the product roadmap, we are looking for a Product Owner.ResponsibilitiesYou will be in charge of translating ideas into features and following and leading end-to-end product. You will have product ownership and project management / Scrum Master responsibilities.Product Ownership Collect and analyze feedback from several sources (customers, stakeholders, internal teams…) in order to define requirements, features and end productsProduce clear and understandable functional specifications stakeholders within the group and the organizationDevelop the roadmap in line with the overall product vision and customer prioritiesSuggest ways to track KPI and actions to improve these indicatorsProject Management / Scrum Master Manage a timeline and scopeLead ceremonies and convoy the Roadmap visionEnsure products and releases are launched correctly and according to the planningManage a scrum, velocity, and backlogDeliver features in sprints, in line with the company's agile development processesRequirementsProven experience as a Product Owner or similar roleExperience in product lifecycle management and with defining and validating minimum viable featuresExperience and expertise for hardware, radio or electronics will be a plusFamiliarity with Agile framework and tools (Jira…)Problem-solving and creative thinking skillsOrganizational and excellent communication skillsVery fluent in English
