Responsibilities:

Become a subject matter expert of our digital omni-channel contact center solution, help develop and execute product roadmap in this area

Understand and prioritize customer needs

Define detailed technical requirements and user experience for features and products

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design and development teams on feature definition and development

Define product success metrics and track success of features and products

Prepare product presentations for internal and external audiences, assist with product documentation, training materials, and other product collateral.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of product management or related experience.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Prior experience with contact center products a plus

Experience understanding business problems and translating them to product requirements

A strong track record of taking products to market and managing the product life cycle

Sufficient technical prowess to talk to engineers about architecture and product decisions (technical background/education not a requirement)

Strong problem solving skills, ability to make complex data simple to understand through proper UI, UX, visual representation, aggregations, etc.

Experience working with teams in multiple locations/timezones a plus

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Self-starter, positive, team-focused attitude
