The Product Owner will be integrated in the CHC Digital Supply Chain Planning team, which is managing the Supply Chain Planning solution portfolio, roadmap and projects globally for CHC GBU. This mainly includes Kinaxis and the integration layer with the existing and future solutions for integrated functions (i.e. Finance and Manufacturing ERP, Commercial TPM, Analytics) and partners (i.e. Distributors). Overall Supply Chain Planning includes S&OP / IBP, Downstream and Upstream Planning processes supported mainly (but not only) by Kinaxis which also enables what if scenario for strategic or tactical decision.
The Product Owner for E2E Planning main mandate is to deliver valuable, robust, innovative, ready & easy to deploy solutions & services to enable and promote Global Supply Chain Business Strategy and Digital Industrial Harmonization stakes. Product Owner ultimate accountability and responsibility is to deliver a workable product that delivers business value.
As key job responsibilities, the Digital Product Owner:
Owns the “Product”(s) from a “What” and “Why” perspective (accountable for vision and requirements) for their specified product, or component (if multiple delivery teams involved in solution delivery). He will also be accountable on harmonization and standards in a core model logic.
Works with business and engineering delivery teams daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and being readily available when issues arise that could delay the project
Is accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint (or releases), aligning with the overall goals from the business
Can negotiate Yes/No with the Business and/or the Digital Towers
Engages with Digital and Business stakeholders and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
Works closely and owns relationship with Customer Experience
Owns backlog prioritization of work
Creates requirements and user stories to address with business needs
Keeps the vision of the product up to date
Owns of roadmap and sprint priorities
Ensures follow up and reporting of KPI
Ensures that Digital Product(s) meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
Identifies opportunities for business-led delivery; coach employees to make use of technology and information
Contributes actively to Operational excellence: facilitating risk management and supervising /conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis , as extension of support by providing or coordinating L3 support on the products
Collaborates and supports upskilling of the domain (sourcing of skills, upskill of functional/technical expert team).
Oversees total cost of ownership for his/her product and proposes optimization
Supports Sanofi for audits and inspections involving computerized systems
Experience:
Significant experience as functional leader / product owner / project manager in supply chain planning domain
Significant experience in full cycle project implementation in Production/Distribution Planning
Experienced in meeting facilitation, agile methods, lean IS approach
Experience in industry, preferably in pharma or consumer goods industry

Technical skills:
Information technology knowledge and mindset
Functional expertise on Planning Systems/APS (Kinaxis, SAP APO, JDA…) as a must
Kinaxis Rapid Response hands-on experience as a plus selection differentiator
Expertise on application integration process points with execution systems (SAP APO, PP,PI,MM,SD,QM; Planning systems/APS)
Education:
Engineer degree (industrial engineering, information technology)
APICS-CPIM / CSCP as advantageous
Languages: Advanced English. Spanish/French is a plus.
