The Product Manager for Services will be responsible for product management activities in the definition, development and commercialization of global solutions beyond the core products and in line with market requirements. The transversal role will ensure implementation of a differentiated services offering across the existing portfolio of products. The role will interface with field sales and services, product development, operations and other departments.

The Product Manager for Services will be responsible for product management activities in the definition, development and commercialization of global solutions beyond the core products and in line with market requirements. The transversal role will ensure implementation of a differentiated services offering across the existing portfolio of products. The role will interface with field sales and services, product development, operations and other departments.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Define and execute product strategy and product roadmaps: Identify market potential for differentiated services in the bioprocessing industry. Conduct competitive analysis and develop strong business cases to drive development decisions with consensus/alignment from stakeholders. Translate customer needs into product requirement specifications. In close collaboration with product development, operations and field teams, manage the complete product life cycles. Define the platform and model for promoting & delivering service products. Manage development of the communication strategy of the responsible product i.e. campaigns and their execution, together with marketing communication. This includes but is not limited to: Sales training, datasheets, webinars, conference presentations, white papers, etc Perform business and market performance analysis. Identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an on-going basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Science, experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferable Proven product management experience, ideally in Services Excellent communication and project management skills Fluent in English (spoken & written) Influences and builds strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders Challenges existing processes for improvement Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
