Product Management Support (m|f|d)


We are currently seeking a Product Management Support (m|f|d) for our Marketing department within the Bioprocessing Services unit (Sartorius Stedim Biotech) based in France, Pompey. In this position, you will act as a partner to our product managers to add value to the organization by empowering the PM Chromatography Systems team and to deliver our products and services more effectively.

What you will accomplish together with us

Supporting Product Management (PM) Chromatography Systems in preparing for the market launch of new products as well as in planning and delivering PM campaigns across standard and digital channels (webinars, web, email, social media, etc.), while collaborating with our internal marcom department

In collaboration with PM defining KPIs and working with marketing communications team to monitor and report on KPIs, share learnings and suggest campaign changes to achieve more effective outcomes

Collaborating with marketing and communications team to develop PM marketing materials

Supporting PM in writing and updating of technical product datasheets, brochures, web pages and e-catalog pages (PIM)

Working with PM to select, prepare and manage global face to face and online conferences and exhibitions

Supporting integration projects (asset re-branding, website, e-catalogue/ PIM, inclusion in marcom activities)

Budget planning and tracking for the marketing and communications initiatives

Collaboration across multiple departments on any product management program

Coordination of customer specific product related requests

What will convince us

Successfully completed apprenticeship or a comparable qualification with long-term experience in marketing or related functions (degree or higher degree in a biological subject beneficial but not mandatory)

Previous experience working in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry is a bonus

Previous experience in th field of Chromatography is a bonus

Strong digital expertise, data analytics capabilities and affinity for new media and tools
High customer and service orientation as well as goal-oriented and structured way of working
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MS Office proficient. SAP knowledge beneficial
Fluent in English
