The Product Manager develops the necessary strategies, business plans and actions for the products of its range. He/she is responsible for the products in all markets where Sebia is an actor in order to realize the business goals and margins targets. Its recommendations are based on verified market information. His/her actions aim to prepare the products for the Sales network by providing appropriate tools and supports. He/she represents the company and its image at KOLs, customers, subsidiaries and distributors that he/she will frequently visit and meet.

He/she accompanies the product during the phases of development, launch and throughout its entire lifetime (life cycle management).

MAIN MISSIONS

Proposes to its management new product development projects in line with the 5 years business plan; Fixes and formalizes the marketing specifications and ensure the marketing interface in the multidisciplinary teams of the project group to keep the new products within the initial marketing specifications; Defines, updates and validates the packaging specifications of its products; Ensures the launches of products; Proposes to its hierarchy the strategies and action plans necessary for the protection and growth of the product lines Conducts market surveys necessary to understand its market and measure the potentials; Provides to subsidiaries and distributors the training and coaching necessary for the proper execution of its action plans; Develops promotional and MarCom materials; Organizes or participates in conferences or exhibitions; Develop and maintain good relations with KOLs; Organizes with the countries the necessary scientific evaluations; Participates to the establishment of the Marketing Plan for the coming year on its products, as well as the action plans and budget; Analyzes scientific literature, and shares their content within the sales network; Develops, for its manager, in a documented way, proposals for new products.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Education level: Master or Engineer degree in relation to the managed products, completed, ideally with a Marketing or business school; Confirmed commercial or marketing experiences, ideally in an international environment in the field of in vitro diagnostics and diabetes/hemoglobin laboratories; Successful experience in IVD; Fluent in English (read, spoken and written); You are recognized for your leadership, listening and communication skills and confirmed abilities to work cross functionally with teams.
