Offshore Product manager for SE&A Warranty Management

In the SE&A Warranty Management, we are looking for an Offshore Warranty Manager, preferable located in our French offices, who has an interest and experience in contract & claim management. The Warranty Management team are responsible for customer settlements in both technical, commercial and legal matters.
We are a dedicated team who are looking for a colleague who efficiently and competently can lead and negotiate customer dialogues for our Offshore fleet.

How to contribute to our vision



The warranty manager needs the ability to manage timely closure on complex technical cases and ensure alignment with internal and external business partners as we work in a close partnership on a day-to-day business allowing you to provide insightful advice and support of technical and contractual aspects. You will manage all obligations and rights in our contracts therefore you need to be able to evaluate all risks and secure proactive risk management. Furthermore, you will actively take a leading role in negotiations with our customers.  
You will actively take part in knowledge sharing and will contribute to the team in developing and implementing new strategical project in the warranty management organization.  
Expect 15-20 travelling days pr. year

What you need to make a difference



An open-minded and strong team player, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain a strong business relationship with internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive and thrive in delivering results within a timely manner and with a high standard. Ability to understand legal, commercial and technical issues and to negotiate with customers in a trustworthy atmosphere.   
You possess a strong interest in understanding the business models and challenges of customers, and in identifying opportunities to create value for them.
Furthermore, you have a strong technical background at bachelor’s or master’s level, combined with min. 5+ years' professional experience in handling multinational customers. You have solid experience with both commercial and technical risk management.
As a person you are ambitious and possess a strong drive and an innovative mindset. You are customer oriented, structured and analytical in your approach and not afraid of making independent decisions.
Fluent in English. French valuable. Software
