As an online pure player in the art world, the Product is at the heart of our business.
After three years, and in the context of a growing tech team, we’re looking for a Product Manager whose mission is to help us improve our Products while keeping our growth steady.
The scope of your Product team will mostly include working on Ecommerce features, conversion rate improvement and user experience of both artists and collectors. The Product development is a strong collaboration between the Engineering team, the Branding team, the various operational teams and the comitee of direction. You will be directly managed by the Cofounder in charge of the Product since the start. One Product Owner (in the process of hiring) will support you in the day to day basis in the work with the tech team assigned to this scope (for user stories and day to day catch-up, problems). You will be responsible for the KPIs of your team. We are willing to build a second Product team parallel to yours, and that will focus on the improvement of processes, internal tools, data visualisation and emailing optimisation.
As Product Manager, your role will be to solve problems and invent the future of our products by:
taking part in the product strategy, setting a compelling vision for your team and building the roadmap in relation with the company’s business objectives developing market-leading products that fit our users’ needs, finding new ideas through market research, data analysis, A/B tests and qualitative feedback from our users, discussions with peers, etc sizing the impact of planned features, prioritizing the tickets for each sprint evaluating the impact of our features improving our user experience improving our conversion rate keeping our standard high and our brand true to its DNA enhancing great comprehension of Product by operational teams, gathering ideas from them and incentive them to gather ideas from the users they are building knowledge of our Product and training other team members to better understand itDe quoi la RSE est-elle le nom ?
