What you’ll do

As a Product Manager joining our team, you will be responsible of building a scalable and reliable Stuart payments ecosystem connecting drivers, clients, end customers and our platform. From providing drivers instant access to their earnings, enabling drivers to collect payments, letting clients pay the way that best fits their needs to interfacing with client invoicing softwares, you will be building the foundation for a suite of new products that will change the way people think about paying and getting paid within the Stuart’s ecosystem.

As the leader of one of our product squads, you will be collaborating with our team of world-class engineers and designers to craft the future of our platform.

Define and develop the Payments squad product roadmap with the CPO Lead the short to long term vision of payment related features of the platform Work very closely with the Engineering team to migrate from Braintree to the Stripe Platform Automate and scale all tasks related to client payments and invoicing Collaborate with the Engineering, Design & Data Science teams to ship innovative & impactful features: you will create functional specifications, coordinate development activities and share the progress of your team with the whole company Analyze and document user feedback, usage insights, market trends & competitive forces in order to define priorities and a roadmap with your team Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision Track and analyze features impact on KPIs

Requirements

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in product management You demonstrate a technical depth that lets you understand, earn the respect and challenge our team of engineers You are passionate about Product Design and familiar with design team workflows You know how to lead a interview with a real user, in the street if needed You have experience managing the day to day life of a pluridisciplinary squad You are a natural leader and understand the importance of great communication skills. You have a confirmed experience of defining product roadmaps collaboratively with internal and external partners. You have a data-informed approach to problem understanding and solving You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and experience in a dynamic, constantly changing environment. You are able to dive into big projects and handle them from start to finish You are an amazing teammate and always respectfully consider the viewpoints and ideas of other people You are rigorous with outstanding attention to detail You are open to travel (Flying to Barcelona or London is always nice) You are an excellent communicator in English You demonstrate strong initiative and enthusiasm You think that empathy is probably the most important skill for a product manager Bonus : You have some experience working with the Stripe API
