We are currently seeking a:

Product Manager

located in Ypres or on home office basis

The Role

As a Product Manager you will focus on the Go-to-Market of digital tachograph software services and driver salary systems . You will take care of product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing, engineering and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Your main tasks and responsibilities as a Product Manager are:

Lead the Go-to-market product strategy to achieve a product’s competitive advantageResearch and analyze market information (field requests, opportunities, trends, etc.), obtained through customer visits , business related events, sales department information sharing, etc.Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements and ensure correct communication within the organizationDetermine product specifications and make functional analyses of assigned products and check market acceptanceOrganize training and information sessions (e.g. on site, webinars)Take product ownership by managing and communicating with cross functional teams to avoid/remove roadblocks and follow up product installations in field test or production and major bugsLiaise and work closely with all involved partiesGive specialized support to the internal clients upon demandParticipate in defined Scrum Meetings (e.g. sprint review)You report to the Product Management Leader

Profile

You are an experienced Product Manager , at best in the field of software in transportation business or salary calculationsYou hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree, preferably in ICTYou like to travel for work and open to work in the Transics HQ or on home office basis in EMEAA very good knowledge of English is essential (knowledge of French is an advantage)You are a self-directed, motivated and driven performer with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate on technical conceptsYou are a team playerYou can inspire others with your passion for the productsYou have good organizational skills
