Product Owner e-health – Respiratory

Voluntis ADH, an Aptar pharma company, is one of the leaders in digital health in Europe and North America. We design state-of-the-art digital solutions that allow patients to become more autonomous in the management of their diseases in interaction with medical teams. Voluntis ADH is part of the new "Digital Health" division within the Aptar Pharma segment.

The Product Owner is responsible for supporting the development of our respiratory products throughout their entire lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering teams to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, medical, regulatory and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

This position, within the Product Team organization, will require you to:

Gather the needs from all stakeholders (patients, doctors, clients, payers, internal experts, etc.)
Create and prioritize the product backlog accordingly
Liaise with technical teams at all development stages: backlog refining and design meetings, daily boards, writing of requirements, PO checks & user acceptance tests, etc.
Be the referent person for all product-related questions
Produce accompanying documentation and /or demos when needed
Perfectly understand the link between the products and the platform it relies on
Participate in the creation and maintenance of the up-to-date vision of the competition, opportunities, and threats for this product.
Support launch of products on new markets, sales processes, payers approach, etc.

Education and Skills

Minimum requirements:

5+ years’ experience in Product Ownership, with a focus in software and / or medical devices and/or pharma environment.
Previous experience is the respiratory field is a huge plus
Bachelor’s Degree required in Software Engineering - college degree, advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude to address different focuses: technical, marketing, commercial, users…
English-fluent: 80% of work done in English. French is a plus.
Ability in problem-solving and findings compromises.
