The role

We have embarked on an exciting journey to grow the Urban Climate Resilience (UCR) business within Wavin to tackle the climate change challenges. The aim is to expand our product portfolio and move from component to solution provider, establishing a truly global client approach.

As Territory Product Manager for Eastern & Southern Europe your main responsibilities are as follows:

Responsible for strategy roadmap development, preparation and implementation in your territory. This consists of creating value propositions, market segment strategic objectives (market position, growth, markets), product portfolio and offerings
Participation in New Product Innovations process (NPI) and product launches
Market Intelligence: Monitors competition, legislation, market trends in the Territory, feeds into BU
Offers Sales support by giving training, price positioning and accompanies Account managers in important customer visits
Defines which local certificates are needed and ensures the right certificates are obtained
You are a People leader for the Territory team in Eastern & Southern Europe, which directly report to you

Requirements

We are looking for the right candidate with a vocational or bachelor degree and a strong technical and commercial affinity.
You have minimum 5 years product management experience in a high performing B2B organisation and experience in contributing towards a successful, solution based selling effort (project sales)
You must be able to communicate effectively and engage people at all levels both internally and externally, so good communication skills are required to be successful in the job
