Mission
The Technical Product Manager is a technical expert for our Adserver and Data Management Platform products and will manage Weborama Internal and External Clients and Partners.
Responsibilities
Product
Ensure Business Units ( FR,ES,NL,IT,RU, PT,... ) needs are covered - Identify new Opportunities for ImprovementCreate Technical Documentations on Main Product FeaturesFeatures Specs definitionReport global issues to Head of Product / provide analysis for upcoming featuresWhen needed, create customized integrations for ClientsSupport/Client Troubleshooting
Investigate and report corrective actions to be implementedPerform Tier II support/troubleshootingProvide remote technical support to ClientsRequirements
English spoken and writtenBackground knowledge in computer science, management information systems or other technical fieldKnowledge of Unix and Web development (PHP and SQL knowledge)Knowledge in APIs ( REST / SOAP )Knowledge of how the Internet works (HTTP and DNS).Knowledge of web programming (HTML, javascript, ASP, JSP)Familiarity with GoogleCloud / BigQuery is a plusProgramming knowledge and experience is a plus ( Python / Java / Go … )Desired Skills
