PPaaS helps its users build their own Payment service and resolve the challenges of digital payments; it is hardware agnostic, partner agnostic and it is an orchestration layer of internal and 3rd-party assets and enabling advanced commerce solutions.About the role:The mission of the Endpoint Management Product Manager (F/M) is to drive the Terminal/Endpoint Management strategy for our Payment Platform as a Service (PPaaS). This role will support the commercial launch of the solution in 2021 and subsequent growth phases by managing the client side needs to be supported by PPaaS on the mobility endpoint (e.g., Android-based payment terminal, smartphone or tablet).As Mobility/Endpoint Management Product Manager (F/M), you will drive the strategy, vision, roadmap, functional definition and design of your products and services area working alongside with talented and dedicated engineering teams evolving in an agile-driven environment. Your strong experience of mobile product development (Android and/or iOS) with in depth understanding of mobile technical constraints and UI/UX requirements will allow you to shape an ambitious roadmap and become a prominent part of a team which is leading our acceptance device. In this role, the Endpoint Management Product Manager (F/M) should be a strong contributor to the definition and execution of the Hardware agnostic strategy for the PPaaS offering. She/he will ensure that the PPaaS platform truly enable an open ecosystem for all participants thanks to an open, orchestration engine enabling a variety of built-in and 3rd-party services in the cloud and on endpoints.Reporting to the Head of Product, the PpaaS Endpoint Management Porduct Manager will:·Own mobility endpoints management in our cloud-based platform,·Drive the strategy, vision, product and service roadmap and KPIs including customer satisfaction for mobility and endpoints management,·Lead the product and work with scrum teams to deliver the PPAAS mobility enablement for the current and next generation of Payment electronic devices from various OEMS,·Research the Classic and Android-based terminal vendor space,·Develop the roadmap for PpaaS mobility enablement for future proof terminal fleet deployments,·Establish relationships with select terminal vendors to drive alignment,·Define the future standards for mobile payment devices easy integration,·Propose breaking through features based on new mobile devices product range,·Define product and service positioning, value proposition and differentiation versus the competition,·Continuously collect feedback, pains and motivations from customers, users and regional business owners, identify customer needs and business opportunities leveraging internal and external analysis and data (qualitative and quantitative) that will feed the product roadmap,·Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate features into user stories that will create compelling product and service fulfilling the customers’ requirements,·Work closely with UX Designers to test and define the best customer and end user experiences when using your product and service.Qualifications and Requirements:Must have:·12+ years as a Product Manager with experience in managing technology product,·Solid knowledge of mobile product development (Android and/or iOS),·You are familiar with the integrated payment and Point of Sales space,·Solid knowledge of the payment industry, merchant integration, acquirer needs,·You have some experience with traditional (non-Android) and Android acceptance devices (Verifone, Ingenico or similar),·You have experience with embedded software development (e.g., Android-based or other Internet of Things (IoT)),·You have a first-hand understanding of API/SDK concepts,·You understand and challenge technical payment specifications,·Fluency in English oral and written.Preferred:·Previous experience in a B2B2B environment,·You have a Product Management experience in Android context,·Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems,·Knowledge of cloud technologies/SaaS,·Experience in a fast-paced technology start-up,·Working experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment.
