We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Tech Product Team and help us continue our mission of providing the best charging experience to our customers.

As a Product Manager in the Tech Product Team, you will BE responsible for managing and delivering products that serve our internal stakeholders, including our sales, marketing, and customer support teams. You will work closely with these teams to understand their needs and priorities and translate them into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to understand their needs and priorities.
Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements, working closely with the development team to ensure that new features are developed and delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
Work with the development team to prioritize features and ensure that the roadmap aligns with the company's strategic priorities.
Monitor and analyze product usage, data, and metrics to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
Work closely with customer support to ensure that internal stakeholders have the necessary tools and resources to effectively support our customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
