Overview:

You’ll deliver best-in-class content Globally for our social and digital channels, for the UK’s No1 beauty brand. As part of the Global Brands team, you’ll be leading Global social content & channel strategy development, creative asset production and be responsible for delivering both to our markets around the world. You’ll help ensure our brand shows up in a vibrant, engaging, industry-leading way across our social and digital channels.

Your responsibilities

Leading the Global Social Content & Channel strategies in partnership with local / cross-functional teamsDelivery of Global social & digital assets including organic / BAU content, paid & enhanced digital channel content, in line with global brand standards, tool kits, and ways of workingEnsuring that our consumer-facing content is present, available and connected to the target audience in places, channels and times that they are most likely to be engagedWork in partnership with digital content editors to ensure best in class content programme and assets for own brand and retailer websitesWork in partnership with Global PR + T&E Teams to align influencer content and educational assetsContribute to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive engaged, team memberCollaboration across and support of global brand teamsEngage and inspire the brand team with new thinking and innovation in digital and social

You are passionate about developing a deep understanding of customer and consumer behaviour, and you’re able to translate this into your workYou are knowledgeable and passionate about the ever changing landscape of social media, globallyYou have an understanding of best practice across web and social contentYou’re an experienced content creator across digital and social channels with a passion and creative eye for social contentAbility to work closely and productively with internal partners and external agenciesStrong interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence senior partnersExcellent communicator at all levels and across all business functions
