The Role:
As a member of the eRetail team working closely with the Head of eRetail, you’ll help support Samsung Europe in improving their online retailer performance and content optimisation. The successful candidate for this role will own the definition and execution of the Samsung product launches across all digital touchpoints, excluding Samsung owned channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and progress opportunities to deliver a best in class Samsung product launches across our retailer websites. Support the development, innovation and execution of Samsung’s online retailer launch strategy across our partners Collaborate with the Channel, Product, Brand Marketing and agency teams to ensure we work effectively across key departments Own the European eRetail GTM Product Roadmap and help define the execution of launches across all eRetail digital touchpoints, excluding Samsung owned channels.Key Deliverables:
Maintain annual launch calendar with clear milestones and activities for informing and planning key launches. Co-ordinate internal team to support compliance activities post-launch, this would include campaign and content execution across all digital points. Clear internal comms delivered post-launch to key stakeholders outlining learnings, launch process and performance results. Create and own customer-centric content briefs with agencies for all product launches to translate clear GTM objectives, requirements and deliverables. Lead on the delivery of the eRetail Digital Toolkits to support all key Samsung product launches, this involves working with key stakeholders across the business covering all elements for a smooth and successful product launch across retail partner sites (e.g. content, SEO, PPC and CRM). Identify ways in which to enhance the current go-to-market process and innovate how we launch new products across our retailers. Establish strong GTM stakeholder relationships across HQ, Europe and UK to drive efficiency and innovation. Build close working relationships with Channel Marketing teams in order to ensure the best digital launch plans (e.g. content, SEO, PPC and CRM). Market analysis to identify relevant trends and help to inform launch strategies across the Samsung eRetail portfolio. Identification of opportunities to enhance HQ content packages for the local market and work with internal content, brand and legal teams to deliver to European retail partners.Candidate Requirements:
2 years + Digital Marketing/ecommerce/Content experience at a major retailer, agency or consultancy Highly organised with ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent relationship management experience working with internal teams, clients and third parties Experience in managing campaigns or projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to navigate large and complex organisations Customer centric creative thinker who is comfortable challenging status quo Comfortable working under pressure in a fast paced corporate environment Experience in Consumer Electronics, Telcoms industry or other consumer goods sector an advantage. Excellent written and verbal skills and is expert user of MS packages especially Power Point and Excel or any application to build presentations and spreadsheets English mandatoryType d'emploi : CDD
