We’re looking for a Lead Content Managerto drive our B2B content strategy - a standout idea generator and problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Your missions:
Craft and implement a solid multi-format, multi-channel B2B content strategy Imagine and continuously improve a long-term editorial roadmap to power our Inbound Marketing efforts Fuel your content strategy with in-depth market and competitor research Brainstorm with and bounce ideas off our Demand Generation Manager and Growth Hackers, making lead generation an integral part of your strategy Document your strategic efforts and strive to harmonize content actions on all channels (blog, social media, web, emails, etc.) Back your actions with a solid understanding of CodinGame's product and business goals Analyze and measure the effectiveness of content campaigns through collecting data and producing reports. Ensure that insights are implemented in current and future strategies Work closely with our talented Content Manager and manage freelance writers when necessary Contribute to content creation and maintain our brand image, spirit, and voice/tone standards (tone & voice guidelines)About you:
You have 3-10 years of experience in Inbound/Content Strategy You have flawless written and spoken English skills You understand and are passionate about Inbound Marketing, Lead Generation and SEO You are an expert in content optimization and brand consistency You’re open-minded and have excellent communication skills You’re creative and have great storytelling talent, you understand what makes a good story for which audience You’re organized and level-headed, you know how to take a step back and get a look at the big picture You are motivated by working in a fast-growing startup where you would be able to make decisions and be imaginative every dayDetails:
