ROLE AND DEPARTMENT


We are looking for a DAM/PIM Content Senior Managerto join our Content and CDO team. This is a newly created role that will help transform the entire organization and support the brand teams and countries in creating more on time in full content across all categories (make up, fragrance, skincare). 


As of today, Coty has split the DAM into 2 different interfaces, one for Prestige and another one for Consumer beauty. The DAM/PIM Content Senior Manager is instrumental in making the DAM a single source of Truth for both divisions. This person will also be the one who will ensure that content is properly flowing into the PIM and the other Content platforms (dynamic framing tools, other internal content related tools…) and to manage the external agencies already in place who are missioned to do asset maintenance, intake content from photo & video ingest, lifecycle management and archival.


The position reports to the Content Adaptation Director and will manage a Senior Digital Coordinator. 


The role is based in Paris with the possibility to work from home (maximum 50% of monthly working time).


   THE ROLE 


The DAM/PIM Content Senior Manager will build a solid vision for content flows within the tools across brands, countries and divisions. This person will be a thinker and a doer and with ensure that the process he/she will build will be properly implemented within the Divisions and the markets.


The DAM/PIM Content Senior Manager responsibilities include:



Strategies and implements release of approved assets to global markets via DAM/PIM and other Content platforms
Implement the full life cycle, archival, and distribution of all assets.
Be the lead product owner and will oversee the DAM system housing all of Creative Assets In collaboration with the IT Factory team.
Will ensure the respect of the workflows for asset ingestion, categorization, permissions management, version control, delivery, and expiration to internal and external users, ensuring that duplicate, non-compliant, and obsolete files are deprecated in a timely manner.
Optimize and scale the file-naming conventions and metadata standards across multiple asset categories. Educate all stakeholders on the respect of these norms.
Work cross-functionally, supporting Content Hubs, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital teams, and local Marketing teams in bettering asset release process.
Drive outside vendors in charge of assets uploads, covering the 360 needs, such as Merch, E-Com, Digital, advertising

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 


We’d love to see candidates who have:



8+ years’ experience in agency or in-house, specifically in asset management,
Thorough understanding of creative file formats (understanding of print & Digital production)
UX/UI, Graphic Design knowledge would be important
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of urgency to prioritize and orchestrate tasks, namely as a manager within a team, and deliver on time while ensuring the highest quality standards
Strong attention to details and technicalities, excellence-driven
Excellent leadership skills & operational drive, people-oriented and results-driven
Proven success working with different levels of management and within fast-paced and evolving environments
Past Experience in the Beauty industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill sets
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Fluent in French & English, which are the working language, more is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Bridge is a plus
