Job Description

This position (based in Paris) offers the unique opportunity to participate actively in the development of a fast growing scale-up. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent marketing and communications skills, organisational skills, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for travel.

Job description:
As the Communications & Content Manager for the German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) your mission will include:

Adapting the global Brand & Communication strategy to local market needs, managing activation roadmap Adapting the global Content strategy, managing roadmap, coordination with freelancers, agencies & quality control Acting as the referent for all German language website content adaptations, ensuring editorial line & brand consistency as well as SEO-focus Social Media strategy, roadmap, coordination with team & quality control PR strategy, roadmap, execution (press releases, doing interviews, organizing press trips, press visits, coordination with PR agency ) Partnership development (contracting bloggers, influencers, organizing meetups) B2B & B2C Event organization (internal & external)

With the large scope of tasks to handle and the extent of work, you will have to be very flexible, dynamic, independent and adaptable. This “hands-on” position demands a great versatility: strong communication and organisational skills, creativity, intercultural competence, empathy and perseverance. And of course: passion for travel!

Additional Information:

The Evaneos Head Office is based in central Paris (9th District), ideal start date: September 2020 Contract type: CDI Remuneration: starting from 33K, according to profile Evaneos pays 50% of your meal vouchers (Restaurant Tickets; also accepted in supermarkets) and 50% of your monthly public transport costs.

Preferred Experience

Requirements:

First experience in a similar position (Marketing: Content, PR & Comm, etc.) Excellent German speaking & writing skills (level: native) English language skills minimum C1 level Dutch & French language skills are a plus Good interpersonal and oral communication skills Photoshop, SEO tools (e.g. Semrush, AnswerThePublic) knowledge are a plus Experience in working with freelancers & agencies is a plus Powerful analytical and synthesising skills, organised and very rigorous Reliability, strong sense of quality, aspiration and respect for commitments Autonomy, ability to take initiative Honesty, confidence and discretion
