Your role :
The selected candidate will work to provide support to the members of the Training Department. This department manages the central hub responsible for the execution of worldwide training operations for Life Science engineers, sales specialists and other commercially orientated people within the group’s scope. Training operations of the training department’s members cover activities ranging from administering the learning management system (LMS), producing and delivering webinars, collaborating with stakeholders (marketing, engineering, sales, subject matter experts) for training contents, providing microlearning materials in shot video formats, conceptualization and production of annotated video tutorials as well as providing innovative training solutions such as augmented reality and game-based learning. There are 3 major categories of tasks: Digital Production, Tracking, Analytics and Reporting, and Administration and Database management.
Who you are : You prepare a Master’s degree in a Digital school as a working student English is the official language in the workplace and is essential in carrying out the required tasks. Ability in interact with people, collaborative, innovative, results-driven Tools: Microsoft Pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Office365 (Sharepoint, Forms, Video, OneDrive), Camtasia Studio by Techsmith, Articulate Storyline, Webconferencing tools (BlueJeans, Skype and diverse audio tools – ex. Speakers, headsets…), Digital reflex camera (for taking photos and videos during trainings), iPAD (to check augmented reality app)US Disclosure
