Principal Software Engineering Manager - Content Intelligence (Power Automate AI)

We are looking for an experienced software engineering manager to help us build and grow a strong team to deliver intuitive and easy to use experiences which enable no-code AI based automation. Specifically, the scope of the position includes managing a diverse team of junior and senior engineers.

As a manager in our team, you’ll work with some of the most advanced AI technologies at Microsoft and deliver customer value with everything you’ll do. This role provides an opportunity to impact one of the fastest growing fields at the intersection of low-code no-code and AI, which are both critical to the Microsoft Cloud & AI strategy. You will work in a world class team of engineers, product managers, designers and leaders that will help you grow your career.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and grow a team of software engineers to deliver high value products and services.
Partner with product managers and designers to define and evolve the product.
Drive quality, accessibility, security, and privacy into the product.
Collaborate across teams to solve problems that span technologies and codebases.
Foster a collaborative and customer focused culture to address real customer challenges.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

Extensive experience building modern applications using best design principles.
Experience leading engineering teams.
Passion for creating innovative products.
Great cross-team collaboration skills.
Professional English.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in building web experiences.
Proficiency in web application development technologies such as React, Typescript and CSS is a plus.
Fluent French is a plus.
