Position Objective
The EMEA Regional Campaign and Content Manager will work within the global marketing demand generation team for Pall’s Food & Beverage Unit reporting to the Regional Strategic Marketing Manager. The EMEA Regional Manager is responsible for developing, owning, and executing a regional marketing plan that integrates regional requirements with global marketing initiatives. They will work closely with our product and market managers, digital marketing and sales teams to write content, develop collateral and execute campaigns, trade shows and customer events to drive our new product developments and strategic initiatives. This will directly support business growth by generating leads and funnel additions for sales to convert.
Responsibilities will include:
Work with sales teams to plan and lead regional specific campaigns, advertisements and promotions to create demand for Pall Food & Beverage products and services. Develop content working closely with product and market managers to ensure consistent with global initiatives
Partner with Events manager to plan regional customer seminars, trade shows and distributor trainings to actively support new product, application or market launches.
Increase visibility and opt-in lists across EMEA through the execution of digital campaigns, third-party advertisements, and telemarketing work.
Execute Voice of Customer Studies, obtain testimonials, gather competitive intelligence and provide feedback to product and market managers on regional gaps and customer needs.
Establish relations with industry and academic Key Opinion Leaders and key publications within each region
Help drive and coordinate the creation of customer case studies, news stories, press releases and event communications.
Monitor and report on regional demand generation metrics including marketing and sales qualified leads, and funnel additions. Support regional sales teams on lead handling standard work for continuous improvement to increase lead conversion.
Essential Job Functions
Plan, research, re-purpose and write copy to support regional food and beverage marketing campaigns, advertisements and promotions, including webinars. Complete and submit campaign briefs to the digital team for execution ensuring adherence to corporate compliance and design guidelines. (20%)
Work with external designers and vendors where necessary, to develop collateral including technical articles, videos, case studies, infographics and testimonials to support the regional tactical plan. (10%)
Work with Events manager to execute customer seminars, trade shows, distributor and internal sales trainings. (20%)
Increase visibility and opt-in lists across EMEA through the execution of digital campaigns, third-party advertisements, and telemarketing work (LinkedIn Sales Navigator). (10%)
Execute Voice of Customer Studies, obtain references, gather competitive intelligence and provide feedback to product and market managers and sales (10%)
Set targets, track and review the performance of marketing campaigns, promotions and events for metrics including marketing and sales qualified leads, and funnel additions. Support regional sales teams on lead handling standard work to increase lead conversion. Share event results and ROI with marketing team and management as requested. (20%)
Manage the production and delivery of multi-lingual technical and promotional documentation, advertisements and digital campaigns in support of all forms of global promotion and publicity. (10%)
Understand and strictly enforce current Pall corporate identity guidelines in all marketing communications materials and presentations.
Maintain a good working relationship with other Pall departments and to elicit the support and involvement of these departments in meeting sales goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing or business discipline,
Industry experience in Industrial, food & beverage experience preferred
Experience writing copy and developing content and collateral
Experience planning, developing and executing customer events or digital marketing tactics
Proficiency (speaking and writing) in English
Other European languages would be a benefit
Position Competencies
Excellent writing and verbal communications skills, strong project and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
The ability to communicate effectively, present, analyze and use data to drive improvement and problem solve
Ability to work alone and use own initiative
Strong technical digital marketing knowledge
Computer experience and proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
