Reporting to the Head of Communications of the SME Division, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of a relevant content marketing strategy to support communication objectives. You will be in charge of the production and delivery of all relevant media/materials for our external branded channels (on and off line) and associated material for our internal teams (sales, marketing, support teams).
You will get involved in three areas:
Strategic Content
Brand and thought leadership content
Product materials and sales enablement content
Primarily responsible for the content you will have to take part in three areas:
1/Actively participate to messaging and story telling
-Contribute to building brand identity and key messages that give a clear positioning to our targets and that differentiate us from competition.
-Contribute to raising our awareness, reinforcing our image and educating external and internal audiences about our product range and help building the team spirit.
2/Create Branded and thought leadership content
-Write content such as thought leadership, market insight studies and customer reference stories, through various forms including white-papers, ebooks, case studies, blog posts, infographics and videos.
-Keep a clear and consistent corporate image and reinforce our brand awareness through daring campaigns on all our channels including PR, RP/influencers/analysts, social network…
-Develop and manage the editorial calendar.
-Manage and lead a monthly editorial committee with our 24 countries.
-Responsible for content consistency across all our countries.
-Manage our PR Agency.
-Manage the translation agency (translation in 14 languages).
-Promote content the right way to increase web traffic.
-Publish content on our countries website and social networks (Hootsuite)
-Work closely with the web team to:
o Understand website traffic and users’ engagement metrics
o Define content marketing strategy, keeping in mind the SEO target and optimize content according to SEO to increase our organic traffic.
-Identify and anticipate content topics, based on keywords analysis, on continuous competitive intelligence and on what influencers tend to share.
-Circulate a monthly communication barometer which show how published content performs.
-Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
3/Support the sales effort by producing product materials and sales enablement
-Support sales effort, local marketing and support teams by providing media and content which sells our products and our background with force and efficiency.
-Jointly with product manager write contents for:
o Product materials: brochures, web pages, leaflet, videos…
o Sales enablement tools : Product Booklet, Product Communication Guidelines, Product Summary sheet, arguments and counter arguments, training guide….
-Stay up to date with the trends and new tools to provide the best support to regional teams
>You have 6-10 years of experience as a Content Manager/Digital Content Manager
>You have ideas and initiative and are willing to push for what you believe. Open-minded with real ability to adapt
>You are an enthusiastic and passionate person, autonomous, with transversal skills who is obsessed with building bold and differentiating positionings with a continuous desire to push your limits and improve.
>Creative with a sense of detail, passionate, in permanent research of smart and skilled means to bring our brand and background to life with force.
>Native English speaker, preferably with an American culture with a very good French speaking (bilingual is ideal).
>Incredible writing skills!
>Knowledge of constraints and opportunity of the main media (Social media, SEO, UX...)
>Ability to write professionally and creatively, but also to create content that is engaging for our audience in a conversational tone
>Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
>Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.
>Experience working in B2B SaaS is a plus as is knowledge of our target buyer personas (marketers from midsize to large companies).
>Experience with Drupal, Google analytics, Slideshare, and the top social channels.
>This role requires a brand publisher mindset with an ROI focus: to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion.
>You are also passionate about marketing and new trends.
