- Job summary

As part of SCOR Global Life, the Content Manager will join a team focused on maintaining strong and continuous relationships with clients.
The Content Manager will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content in line with Quantum Leap strategy whatever the media : digital, print, video , internal network communication tool, etc. He/she will oversee all marketing content initiatives at the Business Unit level to ensure both customer and SCOR employee engagement, message consistency and positive customer experience.
Since SCOR employees are our best ambassadors to clients, the content manager will also create content aimed at keeping SCOR clients facing teams abreast of all SCOR business activities and at providing them with key messages to deliver to their clients. He will ensure that internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
The Content Manager will work with the Client Strategy/ marketing team to ensure strong visibility and spark the interest of SCOR’s clients and partners worldwide.
The Content Manager will showcase SCOR Global Life’s capabilities to deliver life changing solutions and protection to its policyholders.
Overall the Content Manager will be responsible for the creation and the publication of engaging contents with relevant messages aimed at growing SCOR Global Life and clients’ businesses.

- Key duties and responsibilities

In collaboration with the client strategy team, develop a content strategy aligned with SCOR Global Life’s overall strategy and sales targets. Liaise with SCOR Global Life’s experts, communities and market teams across the world to early identify the topics worthy of promotion Develop and closely follow an editorial calendar and onboard contributors ahead of time Edit, proofread and copywrite texts and ensure their compliance with our editorial line Ensure that SCOR Global Life’s content is optimized on all media (social media, website, publications etc.), in collaboration with Group Communication team. Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention Be knowledgeable on SCOR’s initiatives, positions and new products to ensure a timely external communication


- Required experience & competencies

Proven experience as a Content Manager/ editorialist Experience with social media strategy and web analytics Ideally minimum 2 years of experience in Life insurance industry or in the health sector
