RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES
Work closely with Creative Director EMEA to define content calendars based on each brand communication strategy and priorities, integrating the full digital ecosystem.
Able to define a strategic digital roadmap & related activations.
Coordinate all the content productions and digital guidelines
Participate in the creative development of engaging branded content (shooting productions pre-pod/post-prod)
Suggest digital creative concepts related to marketing plans and trends (product launches, KCPs, etc.)
Manage the workflow of freelancers and digital agencies relying on the expertise of each according to our needs
Create regular benchmarks with best practices of our brands and competitors in the social/digital space.
Stay up-to-date with all advancements to all existing digital / social media platforms
Educate global stakeholders on best practices for community management and social media campaigns : new formats, timing optimization, A/B testing, and others
Support Creative Director EMEA on ad-hoc projects related
Focus e-business (how to nourish our e-commerce ecosystem)
Organize follow-up meeting with all the expert's teams to regularly monitors digital trends and continuously enhance content on our digital ecosystem (CRM, E-COMMERCE, MEDIA, E-RETAIL). Ensures that messaging and digital content aligns with the vision and strategies of the brands.
Regular reporting of metrics and KPIs on digital performance and identification of insights & trends through analytics tools, capable to propose actions.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
Master's Degree or equivalent required, with Digital Marketing/Communication focus.
Position requires at least 5 years of social media and/or e-business ecosystem, ideally in luxury or beauty companies or agencies
A deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Metaverse universe and how to communicate on each medium
Comfortable in Excel and Social performance tools.
Good skills in all Adobe Creative suite
Should BE a self-starter and have a keen ability to work on multiple projects with multiple cross-functional partners and teams.
Excellent written communication and relationship building skills
Artistic sensibility
Familiar with the latest ecommerce and social media content trends
Able to pro-actively solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
Mandatory fluent on English and French
