Le/la Responsable des Contenus Externes & Communication définira la direction de l'équipe
contenu et média afin de susciter la demande pour les produits automobiles de
Tesla. Cela implique de créer et de mettre en œuvre des plans régionaux et
nationaux, de proposer de nouvelles idées et stratégies à l'équipe, ainsi que
de mener ces projets à terme. Vous développerez des relations avec les médias
traditionnels et les créateurs de contenus pertinents pour garantir une
exécution fluide des initiatives conçues pour accroître la compréhension des
produits de Tesla.

The roleThe
Content & Programs Manager will set
the direction of the content and programs team in order to generate demand for Tesla’s auto
products. This involves creating and
delivering regional and country plans but also bringing
new ideas and tactics to the team and driving them forward. You will
develop relationships with the relevant traditional
media and influencers to ensure smooth execution of
the initiatives designed to increase the understanding of Tesla’s products.

Create and drive the overall content and programs strategy for France.
·
Identify and evaluate opportunities that build the brand and product visibility
and establish credibility, including via social channels.
·
Lead on the reporting of top-of-funnel demand and
key performance indicators showing the progression of initiatives.
·
Manage Tesla events, including the identification of suitable events, set-up,
execution and reporting.
·
Develop outreach
plans, messaging, managing media events, pitching and grow Tesla’s media network.
·
Anticipate and identify potential
issues to ensure the necessary
support can be put in place.
·
Build meaningful
relationships with internal teams, including sales and service to achieve highly effective and measurable results.
·
Manage and grow a team of communication specialists.
·
Relevant experience
in product and/or
corporate communications, preferably for a major technology, lifestyle or automotive
company or acquired on agency side.
·
A proven record of
delivering on communication plans and initiatives.
·
Experience with and able to develop strong
relationships with regional
media and experience dealing with
journalists and influencers.
·
Understanding and knowledge of top-of-funnel outreach strategies.
·
Demonstrate proficiency in writing skills to craft external correspondence, communications plans, product materials, etc.
·
Demonstrate practical and advanced understanding of visual communications, social media
and the digital landscape and how to incorporate these channels into content programs.
·
Ability to travel (20%) and full and
valid driving license.
·
English and French fluent.
