ACTIYON will disrupt the market by providing an affordable and self-managed crowdsourced testing marketplace to businesses, offering freedom and flexibility at a competitive price to lighten the burden of developers and marketers of startups and medium-sized businesses.

Crowdsourced testing is an emerging trend in software testing which exploits the benefits, effectiveness, and efficiency of crowdsourcing and the cloud platform. It differs from traditional testing methods in that the testing is carried out by different testers from different places, and not by hired consultants and professionals.

ACTIYON is looking for a hands-on leader with full stack development experience who could further develop and maintain the application while developing and expanding the in-house technical team either in France or off-shore. The Role

Lead the design, development, architecture, schedule, and implementation of the systems Strong project management skills and manage remote teams's performance Manage and mentor less experienced programmers, including task assignments and follow up Collaborate with the design team on platform features Demonstrate and apply strong problem-solving and debugging skills in back and front-end development Write clean, professional, and maintainable code Proactively problem-solve performance and stability issues Work in cooperation with marketers and other functions to provide solutions for automated marketing and connection various systems to provide the best business management system Ability to develop and manage international team (India or Philippines) Vos compétences

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a full stack developer for more than 5 years In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) Hands on experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP and Python PHP with Laravel 8 for the back-end (API REST), VueJS for the front-end, MariaDb / MySQL / MongoDb for data storage, S3 for file storage, DigitalOcean for web hosting Working knowledge of CMS framework Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS) Excellent analytical and time management skills Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude Master degree in Computer Science or relevant field is an advantage Fluent in English and French is a must, and speaking other languages is a plus.
