Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters in Marignaneis looking for a Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence (d/f/m) within the department UAS (drones).

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:
Enable customers (e.g. operational forces) to get faster a coherent, incremental and durable expected capabilities Develop capability of experimenting new operational and complex concepts in a short loop and in real or synthetic environment Enable flexible introduction of innovative technologies by making assessment of the maturity of new technologies Make available an innovative through-life support ensuring best value for money Put in place Process, methods & Tools from AI and robotic domain for development of autonomous systems Partnership and scooting technologies Recommendations of technologies selections
You will have to work in close relationship with:
Project/Program teams End Customers SDR (System Design Responsible) of each contributing system Integration architects

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
Diploma/Master in aircraft design or similar A first experience into Data & AI domains is required Great Team Spirit Excellent Communication & Influencing Skills Strong conceptual and analytical Skills Persistent drive to achieve results and improve performance Maintains effectiveness in different situations. Able to changing tactics and improving skills in an ever-changing environment Basics on Certification process and Airworthiness Engineering knowledge is a plus Project Management Experience is required Fluent Language Skills in German and English
