Tech Lead FullStack (M/F)

Allianz Trade is the world leading Trade Credit Insurance company and is part of the Allianz Group.

Compass is the largest applicative deployment program in progress within Allianz Trade.

It aims at deploying worldwide a Policy Administration application.

The program is multi-locations (Paris, Bucharest, USA), fully agile (Scrum / Kanban) and based on the DevOps principles.

Allianz Trade needs a skilled Tech Lead to join a team within the Compass program, who can join a Service Team, working on production issues, correcting code, curious to understand the business need, asking other dev/techlead of program when needed.

You will:

Join an international program aiming at deploying a Policy Administration system worldwide, in all the Business Units of the Group.
As a Techlead, you are involved, within your future team, in the development of micro-services based on REST API's and of the Front-End of an application.
Following Agile methodology (SCRUM), you are involved on a day-to-day basis in the analysis, coding/building and delivery of the Back end and Front-End of the application within your scope.
You provide technical support to the other members/developers of the service team.

The scope is mainly back-end.

About You :

Experience required: 5+ years of experience in software development
Strong skills in conception and development of REST APIs in a micro-serviced environment.
Strong expertise in Java 8/11, Spring, REST and SQL
Strong expertise in SQL (stored procedures – PL/SQL will be appreciated)
Experience of CI CD pipelines in a DevOps environment.
Experience in Angular 8
Experience working with JPA, GIT, GITLAB CI, SWAGGER
Experience in designing micro-services and using resilient anti fragile patterns.
Experience in using Kinesis or Kafka as a message consumer is a plus.
Experience of Public Cloud environments, AWS would be a plus.

A real sense of urgency and capability to manage frequent solicitations
Communication and interpersonal skills English (written and oral) mandatory, Deliverables need to be in English

Location : Paris, La Défense 3 days’ in office
