ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior oriented Machine Learning Data Scientist to join the AI team of Attraqt. The team is in charge of research, development, and machine learning solutions delivery whose goal is to improve recommendation and search engines which are the two main components of the platform developed by Attraqt. By joining the team you will develop strategies and leverage terabytes of data coming from various sources like images, texts, or website logs. You will have the opportunity to conduct your own research based on the latest improvements within different branches of the machine learning domain such as recommendation system, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. You will work in close collaboration with highly qualified data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers in an agile and product-oriented organisation which will help you train and serve your models in real-time inside our production environment.

ABOUT YOU (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

Expert in some of the following fields: deep learning theory, recommendation engine, search engine, computer vision, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, self-supervised learning, and optimisation theory Minimum of 5 years working on industrial or academic research projects and developing machine learning solutions in production Minimum of 2 years working on deep learning topics Expert with Python Expert knowledge development with a tensor base machine learning framework like TensorFlow or Pytorch Experience within industrial organisations A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques Strong communicative skills and willingness to work in a team

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with a large amount of data Experience with Scala Experience with strongly typed programming language Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Hadoop, Spark, etc. Experience running machine learning applications over multi-GPU systems Experience with real-time applications Experience with cloud environments such that GCP or AWS Experience building model using functional API of TensorFlow or Pytorch Taste for software engineering Experience with statistical analysis
