Reporting to the Head of Merchants Partnerships at Group level, you will be responsible for supporting 30+ Business Units in developing digital acceptance of Edenred products (Ticket Restaurants, Gift products, mobility...) while increasing also their revenues.
YOUR ROLE
You are a key player for Edenred products digital expansion by defining digital acceptance commercial strategy. As part of Group Strategy and Marketing team you will support Business Units teams in their commercial and partnerships management.
Commercial management concerns platforms (Uber Eats, Delivery Heroe…), omnichannel players (Walmart, Carrefour, FNAC…) and e-merchants. Partners are CMS, Payment Service Providers or various merchants services providers.
You lead the commercial practice on digital acceptance and your key accountabilities are:
Help Business Units defining their digital acceptance commercial strategy:
· Your actions help them to structure their own digital acceptance plan (define a relevant segmentation, organization, and business objectives)
· You monitor commercial efficiency by defining measure of performance (KPI’s)
Support Merchants teams in their hunting approach:
· You provide understanding on the digital acceptance ecosystems
· You help structuring commercial interactions for pre-sales, onboarding and sales processes
Support Merchants teams in managing merchants accounts and partners:
· You promote cross-affiliation of small merchants with platforms / CMS / Payments Service Providers
· You facilitate cross-sell of Edenred digital payments products (complementary payments…)
· You provide support in the selling ofMarketing analytics and campaigns
YOUR PROFILE
You have a Payment services background particularly in the digital landscape and experience in selling alternative payments methods (BNPL, Wallets..) is a plus
You have Sales experience with merchants / digital commerce
You are familiar with International context
A Consulting background is advantageous
You takes initiative and has a proactive and energetic approach
You have exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills (French and English)
