The Information Security Analyst is responsible for assisting the Information Security Officer (ISO) with the deployment of the EssilorLuxottica Group Information Security program.

Reporting position: The Information Security coordinator reports to the Regional ISO.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

Facilitate and deploy projects defined in the information security roadmap. 
Participate in the security awareness campaigns when necessary. 
Provide a first level analysis and follow security incidents with the business, IT and central detection and response teams. 
Deploy the information security services catalogue (solutions and process), supporting local teams. 
Perform security assessments of the EL entities based on group framework.  
Record and track Information Security Risk Register. 
Review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards and guidelines providing local feedback and proposing modifications to the group. 
Perform risk analysis based on the group framework. 
Follow and provide information about information security KPIs. 
Organize and coordinate penetration tests and follow the mitigation plan.  
Oversee information security points in audits, whether performed by organization or third-party personnel. 
Implement Information Security Addendum or perform information security audits of third parties when requested. 
Serve as a focal point of contact for the central information security team and the local customer or organization. 
Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other department managers within the organization.
