Your Role and Responsibilities
As the IT specialist AWS, you will be instrumental in the creation and set up of major domestic and international multi-cloud hybrid solutions projects.
You will participate in finding technical solutions and their implementation within the clients’ company. By joining this dynamic and innovative team, we offer you the opportunity to put your talents into practice and develop your competences.

Your main responsibilities are : To establish strong technical relationships with the sales team, technical experts, IBM’s and clients’ project team, thus enabling innovative and personalized solutions to be found. To ensure leadership technique, design and supply of solutions bringing high level performance, security, scalability, maintainability and reliability. To work in close collaboration with partners and internal teams, in order that our solution meet the security, SLA and performance requirements. Automate tasks, including infrastructural needs, tests, failover solutions, failures mitigations, etc... Your curiosity and work ethic will enable you to anticipate and work in function with these responsibilities. It is essential that you be able to work equally well autonomously, as well as part of a team. Natural leadership, aptitude in both spoken and written communication are all key elements in this job position.

Occasional visits to the client in France or abroad will be part of your position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of 3 years experience in computer storage environment. Strong knowledge of SAN including: Brocade,DS Mac Data and Cisco. Familiarity with IBM storage bays such as: DS8000, DS6000, DS4000, DS5000 Strong knowledge of IBM virtualisation including: SVC and Storwize (V7000 –V3700 –V5000). Familiarity with IBM NAS products: SONAS and Storwize V7000 Unified. Strong knowledge of Flash V9000 products. Practical knowledge of A9000 bays. Theoretical knowledge of Netapp bays and version 9 of ONTAP. Solutions experience of complex problems Experience in creation, construction and operation of large-scale production systems. Programme languages such as: Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Java and Go. Opensource, JBoss, LINUX and the fundamentals of TCP/IP networks. French: fluent or C1 minimum English : minimum B2.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of one or more of the following fields would be a plus to your application to this position. Practical knowledge of one or more virtualisation technologies. Knowledge of Spectrum project. A good working knowledge of various infrastructural platforms and concepts of infrastructure. Strong knowledge of AGILE methodology. Practical experience in control sources such as Git, GitHub. Knowledge and management of security of distribution environment Windows Server and or Linux. Familiarity with Cloud suppliers such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
About Business UnitThis position currently sits within Global Technology Services (GTS) Infrastructure Services (IS) or a shared services function supporting GTS.
