Meludia, pioneer in music-based cognitive training, is looking for a Senior Developer in order to implement its business strategy in the healthcare sector.

Meludia Presentation:
Meludia is the creator of a method and a new generation of interactive digital tools, which allow the autonomous development of cognitive abilities related to hearing and musical perception.
The Meludia Method, based on the listening of music, is a cognitive, emotional and near-speech therapy approach to music education.
Thanks to these qualities, it goes beyond music education and triggers a global cognitive development, as well as the improvement of certain hearing disorders.
These applications are accessible to everyone and combine demanding listening learning with a fun format, via an interactive, progressive and personalized course based on game mechanics / gamification.

Job Description:
Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development teamPlanning and documenting technical specifications for features or system designDesigning, building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirementsDirecting the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applicationsWriting testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviewsMentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards
Skills: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Solid experience in software developmentProven success as a technical team leaderGood mentor & coachGood communication skills
