Oleon is currently looking for a Senior CRM Business Process Engineer – H/F.Descriptif du poste The Senior CRM Business Process Engineercombines the roles of implementation specialist and functional analystin one. In this challenging role you will work closely together with ourbusiness project team in Oleon and IT project teams in Oleon and Avril.You will report to our IT Business Process Manager and you will join adynamic IT team of 20 people. You are responsible for the setup, implementationand maintenance of a new CRM application within Oleon worldwide.Duties will include but are never limitedto: Primarily responsible for requirements andsolution design including: Analyzing business processes and requirementsand translating these in functional and technical specifications.Collaborate in the solution design of thenew CRM implementation. Organizing, categorizing and preparing alldocumentation. Presenting to management for review, andmaking changes as required. Onsite support.Testing configuration against final requirements:Configure solution based on requirementsto test and deploy.Preparing the training itinerary and materialsand delivering training to end users Providing go live and post-implementationsupportProfil de candidat recherchéYou are an experienced CRM specialist withseveral years (preferably +3yrs) of experience in a similar IT position.You have a strong analytical mind, you arevery result-driven but above all you are a teamplayer with strong communicationskills. You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch andEnglish. A good knowledge of French is an asset You are prepared to travel occasionally.What’sin it for you?
