️ Your mission

As Equativ grows beyond 18 locations worldwide (Europe, Americas, Asia), managing internal IT and security is a challenge on its own!
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Specialist that will help scale and maintain and scale up our internal systems. 
The future employee will report to our Internal IT Manager and will focus on identifying pain points, solving users problems, and deploying innovative, reliable, and performant solutions to make life easier for all our employees. In more details:


Help and provide technical support to all employees worldwide
Be the first point of contact for internal software and hardware requests
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding program for IT-specific needs
Deploy new devices' configuration (laptops and mobile phones, Macbook and Dell)
Perform inventory and maintain IT asset data
Manage hosted applications (Google Apps, Microsoft 365, MDM…)
Assist in writing and implementing IT process and policy
Contribute to new projects management

ðª About you

You have a Degree in Computer Science (systems, network, security)
You have 3+ years of experience in IT support
You’re organized and looking forward to bringing order to an ever-changing environment
You love helping people and investigating to solve problems in a fast-paced environment and you demonstrate strong customer service skills
You are familiar with various OS (WIN 10/11, macOS, Linux) and Windows Servers (2019, AD, DHCP, DNS)
You have an understanding of network and security best practices in the corporate environment
You are eager to learn
You are fluent in English
