We’re looking for a Web Developer to join our fast-growing Central Marketing team in Paris. As Stuart continues to expand activity across Europe, acquisition needs to grow exponentially. Under the leadership of the Global Growth Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of technical implementation of strategic website related projects and support both global and local marketing stakeholders (France, UK, Spain, Poland and Portugal) in the implementation of their intaking web optimisation projects / requests.
Participating in website related projects as the technical lead: in close collaboration with our Growth Marketing Manager and external website agency, you will ensure the proper technical scoping, implementation and maintenance of Stuart’s website.
Tackling the in taking improvement requests and meeting the website roadmap milestones.
Developing & maintaining new website features / modules to improve performance in terms of user experience (UX), navigation, page load time, mobile responsiveness and other key performance indicators based on business goals.
Developing & maintaining new technical integrations & APIs and harmonising the dynamics between Stuart’s marketing tool stack and website.
Optimising our website to meet the highest standards of SERP, focusing on improving our technical SEO score on both desktop and mobile devices.
Identifying and exploring new website opportunities that could improve our strategic positioning & bring Stuart competitive advantage across main markets.
Building website technical documentation for future references.
Proven experience (3+ years) in front-end development, preferably in a fast-paced, SaaS or digital environment.
You are proficient with JavaScript, HTML, CSS & git. Familiarity with the concepts of Nuxt.js, Vue.js, React.js and GraphQL is a bonus.
Preferably experienced with DATO CMS or any other content management systems.
Technical proficiency. You have the ability to independently articulate website technical requirements, are familiar with SEO standards and set rules for site health and page performance.
Fluency in web platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and confidence in working on technical integrations & APIs (Webhook, Hubspot, Zapier, etc.)
Good analytical skills, synthesis and writing skills, allowing you to produce high quality deliverables.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are mandatory as you will work with international teams.
