CRM Data Analyst (F/M/D)


Permanent contract, full-time position, based in Paris


About the role


The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team's main objective is to drive DAU (Daily ActiveUsers) and user engagement on all Vestiaire Collective platforms (Web, Android, iOS), through all available communication channels (email, push notification, SMS, in app messages, notification center).


We are also a true enabler to help all business owners of the company to reach their goals : user satisfaction (NPS), overall product consistency, commercial performance thanks to global or local animation.


You will be working in a very inspiring international environment, providing value to and getting feedback from all regions (Europe, America, Asia).


The CRM team is built around 3 main pillars: CRM Business (User journey, product features and transactional streams), CRM Data (Performance dashboards, users insights and segmentation) and CRM Tool.


We are looking for our new talent to be part of the CRM Data : a result-driven Data analyst, who will inspire and monitor the CRM experience strategy at Vestiaire Collective. 


You report directly to the CRM Data manager.


What you’ll be doing


Insights / Measures



Set up and maintain reporting for CRM Project Manager and Regions to track campaign performance, audience performance
Partner with Analytics Engineering to build relevant tables to run analysis and reporting
Design and run A/B tests to measure incremental performance of CRM campaigns
Partner with CRM Project Manager to run exploratory analysis to identify and size business opportunities
Run root cause analysis to understand performance of CRM campaigns

Data Operations



During commercial highlights, run campaigns along with CRM Project manager
Partner with CRM Project Manager to setup/ modify personalized campaigns

Data self service and accessibility



Train people about CRM data
Define CRM Data Roadmap (incl. data automation and monitoring automation)

Who you are



Have done a Master’s degree in Economics, Business or Engineering.

Mandatory expected skillsStrong SQL skillsEnglish: good level (written & spoken)


If you have one of these extra assets, it’s even better :) You have already worked in data, operations or product positions in tech startups or consulting firms (strategy consulting, audit, digital marketing etc.).Dashboarding skills (Tableau / Power BI / Qlik view / …)Data pipeline / PythonExperience in data modelingProject management
