Job Description

Visa France has developed over time a specific capability to develop local products related to payment transaction processing that respond to specific market demand or facilitate adoption of global products developed in the US. Those products are called “transactional Value-Added Services” (VAS) as they bring value to clients and Visa and are related to securing and facilitating Visa payment transactions. The Technology & Operations France (T&OF) team based in Paris is in charge of the technical design, the development, the delivery and the maintenance of these services.

The T&OF team is seeking a C# .Net web Developer to join development team working on web applications related to Oracle INFOCENTRE. This role is based in Paris and report to the T&OF’s IT Build Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications linked to Oracle INFOCENTRE database develop in C# .Net MVC/Core on Windows environment.Provide expertise and technical analysis to develop solutions complying Visa CyberSecurity standards.Collaborate with CyberSecurity team to classify and solve the vulnerabilities.Collaborate with the Service Design team to help on functional specifications.Collaborate with the Administration System & Network team to deploy secure and scalable applications.Collaborate with the Back Office Operations team to elaborate test plans.Collaborate with Service Design and Operations teams to ensure on time delivery of projects, production support plans, and knowledge transfer for long-term supportability of upgrades, enhancements, and deploymentsProvide technical advisory to the management to secure and improve applications.Collaborate to the audit program and act as a development specialist during any audit or assessment affecting the applications.Write code reviews by analyzing source code produced by IT Build team.Write technical specifications according to the functional specification delivered by the Service Design team.
Qualifications
Educated to Master degree level or equivalent professional experience.Strong knowledge C# web MVC/Core development and SQL queries.Good experience of secure coding, knowledge of OWASP and CWE.Professional written, presentation and documentation skills in French and English.Rigor and autonomy, analytical mind, ability to diagnose and solve problems in complex environment.
