Business Development Sales Professional for supplies on Non-Xerox devices (Xerox Everyday toner)

DESCRIPTION:
Xerox is seeking a new business sales professional hunter to promote our new products and develop new opportunities in the area of branded OEM aftermarket supplies. Xerox has recently introduced a new line of aftermarket toner products for both A4 and A3 devices for all major competitors’ in both product families. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic business developer who is keen to go on this growth journey with us.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to develop an extensive business for our newly launched compatible toner range, Xerox Everyday supplies for Non-Xerox devices. This new exciting range encompasses both A4 and A3 sold supplies and we look to develop this in both our reseller channels and direct business.
The ideal candidate for this role has a solid network in the reseller market and has the ability and drive to hunt for new business opportunities. This is a dynamic operational role where the accountability for success rest with the role owner.
SCOPE:
Drive for new business opportunities in all routes to market; IT reseller channels; Direct accounts; Service provider channel with an annual objective of $2M to $4M
Research the marketplace and seek out new key reseller business relationships and maintain solid business plans to drive growth on the Xerox Everyday range
Create reseller account development plans for key supplies resellers to achieve sales revenue targets and manage marketing fund investments.
Specifically, on the A3 part of the portfolio seek out opportunities with our authorised service providers to apply A3 Xerox Everyday toner on their Non-Xerox devices under management
Become the subject matter expert on Xerox compatible sales for adjacent sales teams where opportunities may present themselves
Attend industry meetings and events to understand and learn about the latest trend in sold supplies management and how key partners are evolving
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Relevant BS/BA Degree
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
REQUIRED
Clear detailed hands on experience with sold supplies or transactional after point of sales replenishment models.
Strong business developer and ability to seek out new business opportunities
Builder of lasting business relationships
Extremely results orientated
Operational experience in broad-line distribution, channels and B2B operations and relevant third-party contact network to work with
Good commercial acumen and experienced deal maker
Demonstrated customer services skills to grow and manage customer relationships
Organised, with the ability to handle multiple deliverable, priorities and targets
Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to external customers
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Ability to analyse scenarios, troubleshoot and problem solve.
Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications
Hands on experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems
Strong self-initiative and results oriented
Desire to learn and grow.
Proficiency in English is a necessary in this international organisation
