Nous permettons aux professionnels et aux entreprises d’acquérir rapidement des compétences dans des domaines tels que le Growth Marketing, l’Intelligence Artificielle ou L’UX Design avec des cours allant de 3 jours à 12 semaines pour les programmes plus avancés.

Your job as a Growth Marketer will be focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention and upselling. You’ll be reporting to the General Manager and supporting the growth of our courses in France. This role will require you to wear many different marketing hats and develop as a T-shaped marketer.

Qualités et compétences:

RESPONSABILITIES

    • Working directly with the General Manager and cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure MQL targets are met
    • Designing, executing and analysing your own experiments aligned to wider marketing strategy
    • Execute marketing activities across the customer journey, optimising the funnel from top to bottom
    • Maintain marketing initiatives across all channels, including (but not limited to) performance marketing, events marketing and content (both on and offline)
    • Run Paid Ads on Facebook, Adwords, Linkedin...
    • Be comfortable with using Google Analytics, Hubspot, Hotjar, Excel and internal dashboards to analyse marketing channels
    • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance
    • Report on progress against targets for the France market 
    • Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout Growth Tribe

Profil recherché :

 

REQUIREMENTS

    • 3-5 years of multi-channel marketing experience 
    • Experience in B2B marketing is an advantage 
    • Work experience in a fast-paced marketing team or within a start-up environment is an advantage
    • Experience with A/B testing and running marketing experiments
    • Ability to collect & tell a story with data (both quantitative and qualitative) - you should love data and be comfortable with crunching numbers
    • Expertise in organic and/or paid marketing 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
    • An eye for design - experience with graphic design, website design or UX is a plus
    • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing channels
    • A very strong ability to work autonomously and manage your time
    • An entrepreneurial attitude with a strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
    • Humility and eagerness to learn and grow
    • You are available full-time & live in or around Paris (or are willing to relocate)
