WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?

We are looking for an execution-driven marketer that wants to spend part of their time (30%) generating leads for our French team, and part of their time (70%) delivering courses and workshops - including our 3-Day Crash Course in Growth Marketing, 6-Week Growth Immersive Program .

To generate leads, you'll be acting as our growth hacker by leveraging our internal process (GROWS) to raise Marketing Qualified Leads for the french market. You'll be responsible for thinking, conceptualizing and end to end execution of growth hacks with the objective of generating leads for our sales team.

You will also deliver our 3-Day Crash Courses & 12-week Growth Immersive program as well as power-talks at events in order to generate more leads, you'll spend a month with us in Amsterdam (if COVID-19 regulations allow) to be trained by the experts in our very own training team, before returning to the French office where you will work most of the time.

HOW IS PERFORMANCE MEASURED?

Your performance will be assessed on both your ability to execute marketing experiments and the MQLs you bring in, as well as the experience you deliver to our customers as you train them, measured via client NPS after you trained them. This is why it is just as important that you LOVE TRAINING PEOPLE as well as executing on experiments.

Qualités et compétences:

REQUIREMENTS

• Be a legit growth marketer. You understand the difference between traditional marketing and growth marketing. You have experience on at least one specific part of the pirate funnel and master an acquisition channel specifically (Paid, Owned or Earned).
• You've owned a Content Marketing project that generated a significant number of MQL for the organization and/or a side business or personal project with proven success (audience, money, impact...)
• Relatively extravert personality - you'll be talking to a lot of new people and presenting in front of audiences and giving group trainings
• Passionate about product, growth, tech and adult education
• Self-critical and positive mindset
• Hard working, able to pull your own weight - you'll be joining a team of ambitious high-achievers
• A clear vision on where you want to grow towards
• Team player: humble, helpful, able to work in a fast-paced constantly changing space
• Live in Paris. Or able to relocate.

Profil recherché :

YOUR WEEK

• TRAINING:
• You deliver workshops and longer trainings for our adult education courses (12 week & 3-day programs)
• Provide insights on your experiences teaching our product to the product owner and contribute to the ongoing discovery, development and delivery of scalable training and coaching products for business.
• GROWTH MARKETING / HACKING:
• Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates in our HQ (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate)
• Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads by testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
