As Service offer/sales team manager m/f/d, you will manage, develop and support the team of Service account managers in the Smart Power and Distribution Solutions divisions in France, proposing to the sales teams optimal solutions to meet customer needs and guaranteeing the execution of services linked to the customer installed base.

Reporting to the Electrification France Operations Director, you will deploy the global Electrification Service strategy locally, setting targeted objectives to improve customer support and support sales.

Your responsibilities

Oversee the creation of technical-commercial budgets and costings in accordance with ABB procedures and guidelines, allocating the appropriate resources.
Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and French standards.
Support sales teams during customer meetings by providing technical expertise for on-site service (commissioning, training, spare parts, etc.).
Ensure the development, monitoring and deployment of the HV/LV electrical distribution service portfolio.
Supervise the execution of Service business related to the customer installed base, from order to invoicing (maintenance, spare parts, extension, replacement, etc.).
Manage, guide, motivate, support and develop the skills and knowledge of the Service sales support team of around ten people based at 3 separate sites (Cergy, Beynost & Nordhouse).

Your background

Over 10 years' experience in B-to-B services as a Bid Manager and/or Project Manager in industrial MV/LV electrical distribution
Experience in sales or costing management or project management, customer focus and proven ability to anticipate market trends
Good interpersonal skills, leadership, support and change management skills
Minimum Master 2 (Bac+5) in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
