Missions & Responsabilités


Be a part of the digital transformation by becoming our new Digital Marketing Project Manager. You will recommend ways to improve customer journey, deliver meaningful digital projects and lead the change management along with the country teams.


He/she will be in charge of: 



Contributing to the definition of Air Liquide Healthcare's digital strategy,
Full project management and deployment of digital initiatives and related projects, with a focus on launching marketing automation, in collaboration with external partners, internal stakeholders and marketing teams,
Providing process, best practices and ensuring they are implemented,
Ensure the organization fits with the new processes designed,
Support the country teams in the implementation of change management, 
Leverage data analysis to identify  actions in order to foster customer acquisition and satisfaction while optimizing the return on investment,
Conduct competitive intelligence and keep up-to-date with new digital marketing technology trends.

Profil et compétences


Master with at least 3 years experience at a similar position


Demonstrated professional experience of managing digital projects,
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
In-depth understanding of online marketing tools, with experience in inbound marketing (Pardot or similar),


Strong analytical skills, solution oriented and proactive mindset,
Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools, and dashboard management,
Good interpersonal skills, teamwork skills are a must,
Knowledge of the medical environment is a plus,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
