You will work within the Business Systems and Transformation team, responsible for business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom, and Zendesk). Reporting to the VP of Revenue Ops, this team maintains constant communication with business teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, CSM, Billing) and support teams (e.g., Revenue Operations, Data, and IT CorporateSystems) In order to improve Aircall's operational efficiency.
As a Marketing Systems manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of tools/systems related to Marketing, including lead generation and data enrichment. You will
oversee the technical architecture and project roadmap.


Your mission at Aircall:



Be the main reference for the Marketing Automation tool and its associated roadmap.
Audit the current organization to design the target architecture for deployment and ensure its ongoing operation.
Work with the BST team to establish release management processes.
Be one of the key contributors to the Lead to Cash project, which focuses on operational efficiency from lead acquisition to billing.



A little more about you:



3 years’ experience as a Marketing Systems manager, preferably in a SaaS environment and with start-ups or scale-ups.
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation principles and best practices.
Technical skills for implementing and configuring automated workflows and campaigns.
Ability to understand business needs and propose innovative marketing solutions.
Proficiency in English and French is required.
Strong experience with Marketo and/or Hubspot platforms
