AlixPartners has embraced a hybrid work model to provide flexibility and support our employees’ work-life integration.  Our hybrid model combines a mix of in-person (at client site or AlixPartners office) and remote working.  Travel is part of this position, but the frequency may vary based on client, team, and individual circumstances.

What you’ll do


As a member of our global marketing team and the Paris office’s sole, dedicated marketing resource you will play a critical role in shaping the perception of AlixPartners in the French marketplace. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is focused on delivering impactful results.

You will have the opportunity to work on a daily basis with country leadership on a wide range of projects, working alongside  other members of the marketing team to develop new campaigns and influence the growth an visibility strategic sin an exciting and dynamic market.




Define, refine and deliver AlixPartners France corporate visibility agenda and audience–  Work with senior management tp create and continually push the overall AlixPartners in France narrative and position. Ensure the right messages are in front of the right people, via the right channels, at the right time.

Content development and management – Working alongside the wider global team and I conjunction with our Paris based PR agency develop written, audio and video content, and manage the distribution of content across channels

Marketing campaign delivery – Work alongside prioritised  industry and practice groups to support the delivery of effective marketing campaign activation across a variety of channels against marketing objectives

Project management – Ensure all internal and external projects are planned, tracked and measured for smooth and timely delivery

Client advocacy – Identify and manage the best client success stories, working alongside the client and industry groups to develop rich content and marketing opportunities

Awards management – Support the French local market awards strategy, writing entry submissions and organising attendance at awards ceremonies

Alliance/Partner marketing – Identifying opportunities across our partner network to collaborate on marketing initiatives and being the primary interface with our key third party relationships  in particular French American Foundation.

Event support – Working closely with our in-house vents team, third party providers and executive administrators plan and deliver virtual/in-person events, including attendee management, logistics, digital build environments (e.g. microsites), collateral production and reporting

Internal communication – Keeping the business up to date with the latest marketing activity, from internal newsletter creation and management, to presenting back to the business

Reporting – Managing campaign, monthly and quarterly reporting across marketing activity as appropriate

What you’ll need 



6+ years of B2B marketing experience
Degree educated, ideally in marketing/communications
Excellent written and verbal communication – comfortable writing marketing copy on the spot or with a quick turn if needed.
Digital native – possess a solid understanding of digital platforms including (or similar to): Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Twitter, Canva, Passle, Micosoft Suite, Podbean, Riverside.fm, Salesforce, Mondaq, Shorthand
Multi-channel campaign management – comfortable with range of activities, from one-off email to large scale events
Results orientated – ensuring every activity has a commercial goal or objective that guides the planning and execution
Great communicator – collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, and interpreting the requirements, establishing clear objectives, building timelines and reporting back
Think outside the box – conceptualising new ideas, bringing through different ways of effective communication to reach audiences
Well organised – ability to multitask, manage your time efficiently, and take on new activities as business needs and priorities change
Attention to detail – ensure your own and others work is to the highest standard
Flexible – ability to take ownership of projects, deliver on time and to budget
Enthusiasm and energy – a willingness to learn and possesses a ‘can do’ approach, with solid people skills and a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment
